How to Make a Stuffed Pepper Taco
Cut each pepper in half and, using a pairing knife, trace the length of the stem and remove.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 11 minutes.
Prepare the filling by blending it while the peppers are cooking.To make stuffed taco peppers, cut peppers in half
on a baking sheet next to a pan of taco filling.
Stuff each pepper with the filling and cover with cheese.
