White Queso Recipe
Delicious restaurant-quality white queso plunge formula made without Velveeta that can
berefrigerated and warmed different times.

Ingredients
• 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/4 glass sweet onion chopped

• 1/2 -1 jalapeño minced to taste
• 1 lb white American cheese shredded
• 1 glass milk
• 1/4 -1/2 glass moo sodium chicken broth
• 1/4 container cilantro chopped

• 1/2 container tomatoes finely diced
• kosher salt and naturally ground dark pepper

• Add olive oil to a little skillet over medium warm. Saute onion and minced jalapeno. Turn warm to
moo and include destroyed cheese and drain. Mix persistently until the cheese is dissolved. Gradually
blend in sufficient chicken broth to lean it out to the craved consistency.
• Stir in new chopped cilantro and finely diced sun-ripened tomatoes. Season with legitimate salt and
crisply ground dark pepper to taste. Embellish with new chopped cilantro or a small Pico de Gallo.
Notes
• For ideal flavor, buy great quality American cheese from your basic supply shop counter. It does
make a contrast. Do NOT utilize the prepackaged separately wrapped cheese or pre-shredded cheese.
• Thin out the cheese sauce utilizing low-sodium chicken broth. Utilize little sums at a time till you get

it to the right consistency. You don’t need it as well thick since it will shape a skin.
• Use new jalapenos and sun-ripened tomatoes. If jalapenos are as well hot for you, substitute a 4-
ounce can of green chiles.
• You can include cooked Mexican chorizo, cooked ground meat, crisp-cooked disintegrated bacon,
chopped chipotle peppers, solidified spinach, diced tomatoes, salsa verde, green chilies, finely
chopped artichokes, and indeed cooked lobster or crawfish.
• For additional flavor, include 1/2-3/4 glass of Pepper Jack Cheese, white cheddar, cheddar cheese, or
Monterey Jack Cheese.
• Store remains in an sealed shut holder in the cooler. Warm in a microwave-safe bowl at diminished
power.
