Recipe for four portions of Caesar salad with asparagus
Four chicken fillets (boneless and skinless)
Mix with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. After a few minutes on each side, add
