Coconut Cake With Seven-Minute Frosting
What you will need:
For cake:
6 eggs
1 1/2 glasses coconut drain (great quality, not “light”)

7 tablespoons sweetened destroyed coconut (cooking type)
1 container of sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 glass butter (or coconut oil, melted)
2 mugs all-purpose flour

4 tbsp.yeast
For the Coconut Soft Frosting:
3 egg whites
1 container of sugar
1/2 tsp. cream tartar

Pinch of salt
Optional: 2 tbsp. coconut extricate (or 1 tablespoon coconut rum)
1/3 container sweetened destroyed coconut

How to do it:
Preheat broiler 350 F. Oil 2 9-inch cake pans.
Stir the ground coconut into the coconut drain. Set aside to soak.
Separate egg whites TO yolks. Put the egg whites in a little to medium measured blending bowl. Put
the yolks in a huge blending bowl.
Beat the egg whites with an electric blender until solid (like whipped cream). Put aside.
For the yolks, include sugar, salt and dissolved butter or coconut oil. Beat until smooth (1 minute).
Stir the heating powder into the flour, at that point include this to the yolk blend. Moreover, include
the coconut drain with the ground coconut. Beat 1-2 minutes or until well combined.

Fold beaten egg whites to player, OR usng your electric blender on moo speed; beat as it were
sufficient to combine (20 seconds). Pour the player to the arranged dish and preparing for 30-40 min.
Cool some time recently frosting.
