• 3 cups seedless green grapes

• 3 cups seedless red grapes

• 4 ounces softened cream cheese

• 1/2 cup sour cream

• 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

• 1 /4 cup chopped pecans

1. After washing the grapes, dry them well with paper towels. In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.2. Add the

grapes and sprinkle with brown sugar, walnuts and pecans.

NOTES

 

• Use seedless grapes, including white, red and black.

• Use any type of nuts, including pecans, walnuts, almonds and cashews.

• Don’t use low-fat versions of cream cheese and sour cream.They add moisture to this dish and make it smooth and super creamy.

• For a healthier salad, replace the sour cream with whole Greek yogurt.
• Adjust sugar to taste if grapes are a little sour.

• For more flavor, toast the walnuts before adding them to the salad.
