Taco Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients
or 2 pounds lean ground beef
or 2 packages (1.25 ounces) taco seasoning mix
or 4 cloves garlic, minced

or 1 tablespoon chili powder
or ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
or ½ cup water
or Cooking Spray
or 18 (6-inch) corn tortillas

or 1 jar (24 ounces) salsa
or 1 cup sliced scallion
or 1 container (16 ounces) sour cream
or 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
or 1 ½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

How to Make Taco Lasagna, Recipe
. Place the ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly browned;
flow away. Season with taco seasoning, garlic, chili powder and cayenne pepper. Add the water,
reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).Grease the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.

Place 6 tortillas in the prepared baking dish. Spread 1/3 of the sauce on the tortillas. Spread half of
the meat mixture evenly over the sauce. Sprinkle with half of the spring onions.Spoon half of the sour
cream randomly over the green onions. Top with 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup Monterey Jack
cheese. Repeat the layers. Top with 6 tortillas, spread with the remaining sauce and sprinkle with the
remaining cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes, until the surface is golden brown and the cheese has
melted in all layers.
