I don’t know about you, but I’m obsessed with shrimp and a vast majority of people would agree with me. Shrimp are an extremely popular food around the world and have apparently been for
thousands of years.
These shrimp are super crispy and I don’t know about you, but I prefer shrimp fried with just flour.
o Canola oil
o 2 large eggs, beaten

o 1 cup whole milk
o 2 tablespoons hot chili sauce (e.g. Cholula)
o 2 pounds large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
o 3/4 cup (approx.
all-purpose flour or 2/3 cup (about 2 7/8 ounces)) Cornmeal

or 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
or 1 teaspoon black pepper
or 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
or To serve: lemon wedges, cocktail sauce, tartar sauce (optional)
