Garlic Herb Pull-Apart Rolls



Garlic Herb Pull-Apart Rolls are a delicious and savory addition to any meal. These fluffy, buttery rolls

are infused with the flavors of garlic and fresh herbs, making them an irresistible treat. Perfect for

For the Dough:

4 cups all-purpose flour


2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast

1 cup warm milk (110°F/45°C)

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs


1 teaspoon salt

For the Garlic Herb Butter:


1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt



Prepare the Dough:


In a small bowl, dissolve the sugar in the warm milk. Sprinkle the yeast over the top and let it sit for

about 5 minutes, or until it becomes frothy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.

Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs to the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1

hour, or until doubled in size.

Prepare the Garlic Herb Butter:

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chives, thyme, and salt.


Mix well.

Shape the Rolls:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking


Punch down the risen dough and divide it into small equal portions (about the size of a golf ball).

Roll each portion into a smooth ball and place them close together on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the rolls generously with the garlic herb butter, making sure to get some of the garlic and herbs

on top.

Bake the Rolls:

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked


Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining garlic herb butter.


Serve the rolls warm, straight from the oven. They can be pulled apart easily and enjoyed on their own

or with a meal.
