For the Steak:

4 ribeye steaks, about 1 inch thick

4 cloves garlic, minced

Step 1: Marinate the Steaks

 

In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the steaks.
