Homemade bread in the deep fryer is a quick and convenient way to enjoy fresh bread without having to use the

• 3 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 tablespoon sugar

• 1 tablespoon active dry yeast


• 1 teaspoon salt

• 1 cup warm water (110°F/43°C)

• 2 tablespoons olive oil


1. Activate yeast:

o In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar and active dry yeast. Let it sit until the mixture becomes foamy, about 5 to 10



2. Prepare the dough:

o In a large bowl, mix together the flour and salt.Make a well in the center and pour the activated yeast and olive

oil mixture into it. Mix until a dough forms.

3. Knead the dough:


o Place the dough on a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.

4.First rise:

o Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 to

1.5 hours or until it has doubled in size.

5. Preheat the fryer:


o Preheat your fryer to 350°F (180°C).

1.Shape the dough:

o Punch out the risen dough and shape it into a loaf. Place the shaped dough on parchment paper.

2. Second course:

o Let the shaped dough rise for another 30 minutes.

3.Air frying:

o Carefully transfer the baking paper with the risen dough into the basket of the air fryer. Air fry at 180°C (350°F)

for 20 to 25 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.

4. Cool and cut:


o Let the bread cool on a rack before cutting it.
