Honey Glazed Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients:
• 2 racks of infant back ribs (almost 4 to 5 pounds)
1/4 container honey

1/4 container soy sauce
1/4 glass vinegar
Apple cider 3 tablespoons olive oil
5 garlic cloves, minced )
1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon dark pepper
1 teaspoon ocean salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (for heating)

Preparation:
1. Expel the layer on the back. Cover the ribs with a paper towel so the flavors are way better
absorbed.
2. In a bowl, combine nectar, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika,

cumin, dark pepper, ocean salt, and cayenne pepper. Rub the blend over the ribs, equitably covering
both sides. Marinate for at slightest an hour or overnight in the fridge for a more seriously flavor.
4. Preheat the broiler to 275°F (135°C). Wrap the ribs firmly in aluminum thwart and put on a
