1 pound smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium head of cabbage, cored and sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions:
Heat Oil: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Cook Sausage: Add the sliced sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
