Stacked Steak Quesadillas

1 lb (453 g) meat sirloin, daintily sliced
1 chime pepper, diced
1 finely chopped onion
2 tsp prepared salt (divided)

1 tsp Montreal steak spice
1 tsp cayenne pepper
16 cuts of provolone cheese
4 tortillas Vegetable oil
Sprinkle the meat with 1 teaspoon prepared salt, the steak flavors and half the cayenne pepper. Warm a small oil in a pot and warm over medium tall warm. Burn the steaks. Evacuate from fire.
