Ingredients
or 2 pounds ground beef
or 2 cloves garlic, minced
or ½ teaspoon onion powder
or 1 pound cooked bacon, cut into pieces

or 1 cup heavy cream
or ½ teaspoon salt
or ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
or 1 package (12 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided

How to Make a Low-Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef with garlic and onion powder until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes.
Drain the fat and discard.
3.Spread the meat in the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Add the bacon pieces.
4. Mix eggs, cream, salt and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined. Add 8 ounces of cheddar cheese.5. Pour the egg mixture over the meat and bacon. Top with remaining 4 ounces cheese.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
