o 1 packet active dry yeast

o ¼ C. Warm water

o ½ C. Milk


o ½ C. Buttermilk

o ¼ C. Granulated sugar

o 1 egg

o Pinch of salt

or 3 ½ cupAll-purpose flour


or 2 tbsp. Unsalted soft butter , honey cinnamon butter or 4 tbsp. Soft and unsalted butter

or ½ tsp. Cinnamon

or 2 tsp. Honey

To prepare Texas Roadhouse Muffins :


1. Place the yeast and warm water in a bowl or bowl, stir once and let sit.

10. Cut the dough into 12 equal rectangular shapes.

11. Fold the ends of each rectangle down to form a roll and let rise slightly on a baking sheet lined with


parchment paper or a silicone mat for 20 minutes.12. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

13. Bake the rolls for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned on top.

14.Spread melted butter over it if desired.

15. Place the honey cinnamon butter ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined.

16. Serve the rolls hot with the butter.
