Ingredients (Serves 6):

  •  6 large eggs

  •  1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

  •  2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  •  2 tablespoons pickled jalapeños, chopped

  •  1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Boil & Peel the Eggs

Place the eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath, then peel once cooled.

2. Prepare the Filling

Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks into a bowl. Add cream cheese, mayo, mustard, jalapeños, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mash everything together until smooth.

3. Assemble the Eggs
