Ingredients
200 ml water (~0.85 cup)
25g sugar (~2 tbsp)
3g yeast (~1 tsp)
300g bread flour or wheat flour (~2 cups)

20g olive oil (~2 tbsp)
Instructions
In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until frothy.
Add flour and salt. Mix with a spoon or spatula until dough forms — no kneading needed!
Add olive oil and fold it in using your hands or spatula until just combined.

Cover and let the dough rest for 1 hour in a warm place (until doubled).
Lightly grease a loaf pan and pour the dough in. Shape using oiled hands if needed.
Let rise again for 30–40 minutes until fluffy and puffed.
Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F).
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden on top and hollow-sounding when tapped.
