Frozen fruit salad has been around for a long time. This classic recipe is a good, delicious way to eat fruit. It goes
with all our holiday meals, but you can also make
fun summer appetizers out of it! . and spring.

Frozen fruit salad can be a simple dessert. This recipe is my family’s all-time holiday favorite ( ). My mom, Jenny,
usually makes this now and every Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and strawberries.
Add crushed pineapple and chopped or sliced bananas or stir filling into cream cheese mixture.
Spread evenly in a 9 x 12 inch baking dish.

Store in the refrigerator until the dessert hardens.
When you’re ready to serve, let it sit on the counter for 10 minutes. Dip the knife into hot water and cut the
cooled dessert into pieces.
