Garlic Herb Butter Steak Recipe
Ingredients:
– 2 thin beef tenderloins, about 1 cm thick
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 4 tablespoons of salted oil at room temperature

– 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped – 1 1 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced meat
– 1 tablespoon 1 fresh thyme leaf, chopped
– 1 tablespoon 1 fresh rosemary leaf, chopped
– 1/2 teaspoon red pepper (optional)

1. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to
see if it is cooked.
2. Preheat your grill or broiler over medium heat. Season both sides with plenty of milk, salt and
freshly ground black pepper.
3. Sprinkle the steak with olive oil and fry well.

4. Place the steak on a hot grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, medium-rare,
or longer if desired. Use a meat thermometer to check doneness (135°F for medium rare, 145°F for
medium rare).
5. While the milk is boiling, prepare the garlic oil. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, chopped
garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, and red pepper flakes if needed. Mix

until well combined.
6. Once the steaks are cooked to your desired doneness, remove them from the grill and let them rest
for a few minutes.
7. Serve hot and garnish with plenty of garlic cloves. Let the butter melt slightly over the steak before
serving.
