For the gingerbread cookies:
• 1/2 cup gingerbread cookies (makes about 15-20 cookies)
• 1/4 cup melted salted butter
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. . glass of molasses

• 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon of ground hazelnuts

White chocolate For the ganache:
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat the oven and prepare the pan:
• Preheat your oven to 350°F. Cover the outside of the 9-inch pan with aluminum foil to prevent spills.

Oil the inside of the pan. 9 Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Cook for
about 10 minutes, remove from the stove and let it cool.
3. Prepare the cheese filling:
• In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs
one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Mix cream, molasses, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger,
hazelnuts and coconut until smooth.
4. Preparation of Cheesecake:
• Pour the filling onto the prepared dough and smooth the top. Place the kettle on a large baking pan
and add hot water to the large pan, reaching the center of the well (water bath).

• Bake for 55-65 minutes or until the edges are firm but the center is still slightly soft. Turn off the
oven, open the oven door slightly, and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour. Then remove it
from the oven and water bath and let it cool completely on a rack.
5. Preparation of white chocolate ganache:
• Put the white chocolate pieces in a bowl. Heat heavy oil in a small saucepan until it begins to sizzle;
and pour over chocolate chips. Let it sit for a minute and blend until smooth and creamy.
• Pour the ganache over the cooled cheesecake and spread evenly. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at
least 4 hours or overnight.
6. Decorate and serve:
• Use whipped cream and gingerbread before serving. A pinch of cinnamon or hazelnuts adds a
festive touch.
